I'm not convinced Crystal Pearl and Ruby make Rhodonite. The Rhodonite we know is most likely made with specific colors of Pearl and Ruby. It would be interesting if our Pearl and Ruby formed a variety of Rhodonite, such as Bustamite, but I doubt the Crewniverse would give that sort of attention to mineralogy.
